How Endermologie Works
Clinically, the effectiveness of EndermologieÆ lies in its action upon cutaneous and subcutaneous structures such as connective tissues, fatty tissues, as well as vascular and lymphatic circulation. As a result, there is an effect on increased local circulation and, importantly, on cellulite.

The dermis and hypodermis connective tissue, which can be compared to a "gel" becomes more fluid with the first few mobilizing maneuvers. The combined action of the motorized rollers that successfully fold and unfold the skin and the maneuvers cause the density of the tissue to change, improving cellular and fluid exchanges. Release and decompression of the different vascular, arterial, venous, and lymphatic structures immediately result in an influx of blood along with its nourishing elements. Tissues become transformed, and the result is a thinner dermis and hypodermis.

Treatment after treatment, fibroblasts - the connective tissue's mother cells - are stimulated, leading to renewed collagen and elastin production. Practiced during treatment, Endermogym actively and passively stimulates muscles, supplying them with essential nutrients, and provides resistance training which effectively tones the collagen and skin.
